Joomla 3 ll be a mix of boostrap and Jquery ( JQUI) but this could be a mess ( css /js ) because
*boostrap use css/js JQuery by default
*joomla use jquery by default
*JQuery UI use css/js
*some visual component and behaviour from jquery are already implemented in boostrap
*Jquery and bootstrap version ll change

Full Bootstrap support for HikaShop
boostrap and jquery ll be an advanced subject and i don't think all hikashop user ll rewrite all front end hikashop extension to make the html code compatible with boostrap / jquery

If someone already use Boostrap/Jquery with HKS extension ,i ll be very happy to know the website url to study the code !!!
