Counting problems downloading files !

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.3.0_2014-02-23
-- Joomla version -- : 3.2.1



I set it 6 downloads for file
But when someone clicks on that link to download that file counts 2 download Instead of counting only one click 1 download.

So on my settings 6 downloads = 3 download of file

Do you use a downloader software which speeds the download by downloading different pieces of the files at the same time ? That would explain the problem you have with the counting.

Yes I use Internet Download Manager.... so it is a bug on idm.

Hi,

Your download manager download several parts of the file in the same time to try to optimize the download speed.
But finally, it will download the file several times, so the counter increase with it.
