Backend Product Add buttons showing blank popup

-- url of the page with the problem -- : mywebsite.com/mypage
-- HikaShop version -- : 1.5.2
-- Joomla version -- : 1.6.6
-- PHP version -- : 5.3.27
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : All Browsers
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Blank Popup

When I select the add button in the product edit screen on the backend I get a blank popup screen in all browsers, IE, Chrome and Firefox.

Please help.

Hi Jerome.

This is not happening during the installation.

This is the only message in the error log from day before yesterday but not sure this is same as no errors today although have tried.

As I can see you have an oldest version of HikaShop, thanks to update your HikaShop version.
Don't forget to make a backup before.
