1. Is the status of the orders changed to "confirmed" automatically after the payment ?
If no, then the issue is with the payment notification not being received by HikaShop. I would recommend to follow this FAQ:

If yes, then the issue is either that you turned off the "order status notification" emails via the menu System>Emails, or that the email was rejected as spam or something. Try to enter a BCC address in the settings of the email to another email provider like gmail to see if the email is sent. If you get it, then the issue is something related to spam.
