Few issues before launch (Order Confirmation)

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.5.0

Getting ready to launch a site today and have two outstanding issues.

1. We do not seem to be receiving any Order Confirmation emails once the order is placed and paid for. We have turned off the "Order Creation" emails, because we did not want those, only the Order Confirmation email after payment has processed. Anyone know what email these are configured to go to? Nobody seems to be getting them. Bug?

2. We are using the PayPal Advanced plugin, and it does not appear that this plugin passes any cart information to PayPal. Confirm?

Hi,

1. Is the status of the orders changed to "confirmed" automatically after the payment ?
If no, then the issue is with the payment notification not being received by HikaShop. I would recommend to follow this FAQ:

If yes, then the issue is either that you turned off the "order status notification" emails via the menu System>Emails, or that the email was rejected as spam or something. Try to enter a BCC address in the settings of the email to another email provider like gmail to see if the email is sent. If you get it, then the issue is something related to spam.

Gotcha, I think we got everything squared away. I believe one of the developers here is going to get the line items to pass over to paypal, it looks like you can get it to be supported by having them turn on a feature.
