-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.1
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.8

I have a working mass action that imports a CSV from a local folder with a given path. It all works well.

mysite_root/proves/synchro_target/export_experiment.csv

Then, if I make an occasional manual upload everything works well too

But after this upload the mass action goes back to Specifiy a file location mode and it invents its own path overriding the one I entered.

mysite_root/proves/images/com_hikashop/upload/export_experiment.csv

Hi,

When using the upload file, once you save the action the system upload the file on the server.
So that's why it display back the "specify file location" option as it is the real path to that file now.

Ok, I understand.

this is not a critical difficulty, but can I somewhere specify where the file should be uploaded by default?

Hi,

This is using the option "Upload folder" in Configuration > Main > Files. So you can change the path there, but it will affect all the other files uploaded to HikaShop.
We will see to add an option to have a specific path for the csv file upload from the mass actions.

Good. This would make a lot of sense.

Thank you.
