in the dashboard there is a part says Order this month the amount stays the same every month and never has changed , would you help us to diagnoses the issue, thanks

Can you provide some backend references with full access (use our Contact us form for this) and on your side can you check that your database is well organized, and confirm that you didn't modify it yourself ?

Hello Philip, the issue i was given this website after the other developer has moved to a different state, and resulted that this website has been neglected and and has been hacked, then has been removed from Google Index, then the owner contacted us, and we had to hire a special company specialized in website security and malware cleaning, so now this website only available in USA, its blocked globally, i tried to reload the Hikashop again, but that did not help and there is no errors, any suggestions ? Thanks

So far, hard to say, we will need to access ourselves the backend to process some checks, is it possible on your side to authorize to access it from France ?

Hello Phill,
I talked to them and here is the only solution available, we have to get your ip address that you are going to work from then we will whitelist this ip and from there you can login, this is the only way how to gain access from France, if this solution accepted , please email the your IP Address via email, im sure you have my email on record, thanks,you can use this website www.ip-fetch.com/

Hello,

Always no success, you have to unpublished the plugin that redirect me to the home OR check your htaccess file maybe there is a custom code that don't allow me to reach the backend (throught a specific backend url or through ip).
Can't say much more from this... Sorry for this return, but we can progress on your subject without access your backend.

Hi,

I personnally don't think that it's linked to the hack. It's more probably a bug or a miss configuration of something.
That's why a backend access would be great to be able to assess the situation.
Could you provide a screenshot of what you see on your dashboard ?
Supposing that you're using the "legacy dashboard" (you can change that under the Advanced tab of the HikaShop configuration), the widget is displayed based on the settings of the corresponding report. So you want to check the settings of that report via the Orders>Reports menu. And if you don't find what's wrong in these settings, please provide a screenshot of the settings.
Now supposing that you're not using the legacy dashboard but the new dashboard, you want to check the "Statistics" column in the menu System>Order statuses as only orders with their status enabled in that column will be taken into account for the calculations displayed on the dashboard.

Regarding the calculations on the dashboard, their are done dynamically based on the settings, and the data in hikashop_order and hikashop_order_product.
