Sorry for the delay. It took me a while to try to reproduce the problem on my end.
Unfortunately, I wasn't able to reproduce it with the latest version of the reCaptcha plugin on Joomla 4.1
Just to make sure, please try again to download the plugin install package on our website and make sure you're using that new install package to reinstall the plugin on your website.
And if you have caching on your website, clear the cache.
