Discount price display.

Joomla 1.6, Hikashop 1.4.6, PHP 5.3

Just added a discount.
Product listing shows discount OK with original price crossed out.

However on checkout it shows product price followed by %discount.
On line 56 of product listing_price.php it where get('show_discount') returns 2.
On line 55 of checkout listing_price.php where get('show_discount') returns 1 - should be 2.

Also the total price shows the discount.
Not sure I like that, would prefer just to see the total price after discount.

Done a find for 'show_discount' and cannot see anywhere immediately obvious where it might be getting set to 1.

Finally got this to work - secret was in the Force a menu on the checkout option.

Product Display
Configuration->Display->Default Parameters for Products:
Show Discounted Price Display the Price before discount applied.
That works fine.

Shopping Cart Display
Display->Content Modules->Shopping Basket->Default Parameters for Products:
Show Discounted Price Display the price before discount is applied.
That works fine.

Checkout Display
Configuration->Checkout:
Force a menu on the checkout checkout (in my main menu).
This did not work as required.

Went into Display->Content Menus
Created a Checkout menu there.
Set Show Discounted Price Display the price before discount is applied.
Then Configuration->Checkout:
Force a menu on the checkout checkout (the menu I have just created).
Now works fine.

Just been setting up another shop and got myself confused again.

When adding a Joomla menu found that for Hikashop product / category the Hikashop Options panel displays. It does not display for Hikashop Checkout menu item.

To get the required product price display in the checkout I had to do the following:

• Hikakshop / Display / Content Menus and create an unpublished menu item called 'checkoutdisplay'.
• Hikashop / Configuration / Checkout set Force Menu on Checkout to 'checkoutdisplay'.

Bit confusing this having 2 unlinked menu items for checkout - one in Joomla menus and one in Hikashop displays.
Would it be possible to link the Hikashop Checkout menu item in the Joomla menu admin pages to the Hikashop Options in the same way that products / categories work?
