Additional information email

Hi sorry back again.

Can you advise which email is sent to the customer from the 'Additional information' in sales? the template is blank and I would like to add wording so it would not have to been typed every time this is sent to inform the customer that a tracking number hass been added to their account.

Hi, cannot seem to get any information to stay in the email template? have managed to change the header though.

Say if I wanted to add the dialog "Hi XX, Online tracking has been added to your order no. XX in My Accounts, please login to your account to view the current status"
