Information on Product Listing Page under category

On my website www.scentsational.co I have a category (candles), when you go into this category and see the actual glassware to choose from, I want to put a paragraph of information above the glassware so that the customer will know how the process works, such as

"Choose the glassware that makes you feel best and customize the color, fragrance, and size. Once you've customized your candle, add it to your cart and choose whether or not you would like to keep shopping. We hope you enjoy our home fashioned candles!"

Thanks! I needed this too. It wasn't a totally obvious solution, I'd suggest putting a checkbox or something in the Category edit page.
