Product page - first time

Hi.
I want to create simple product page. So as i write that is what i do..
I made fresh install of Joomla! 1.6.1 + hikashop..
I have default template of Joomla!

I go to: Components->Hikashop->Products ("Product category" is selected by default and it comes with instalation) and i click new
Name: NameOfProduct
Description: Description of product
On the right under category i click on Add, then i choose "Product category" and click Add.
On the right under prices i insert "100" under price and "100" under price with tax.
On the right under images i click on Add. Here i chose an image, give it a name and description, and click OK.
Then i click on save&close.

I go in Menu->Top and click on new.
Menu item type: Product page
Menu tytle: MyMenu
Menu location: is set to Top
Parent item: is set to Main Item Root
On the right under Select a product i choose "NameOfProduct".
I click on save&close

I click on View Site
In the top menu i see "MyMenu", but when i click on it i get error 404Category not found. URL here is http://localhost/joom/index.php/Products/mymenu

Can someone plz tell me what i am doing wrong.

Ok. I have decided to downgrade to joomla 1.5 and for doing that i had to change my XAMPP version from 1.74 to 1.73.
Now it works on Joomla! 1.5 and 1.6.
But i think i will stick to version 1.5 for now since it has my language support.
