HikaShop adapts to your template and use your template's CSS by default. However, it seems that your template has rather strange CSS. If you give the URL of your website, we could tell you what CSS of your template you could change.

You should edit the file www.clickonme.com.my/main/templates/click/css/layout.css and remove the code:

border: 0;
}

and add the code:
legend {
color: #93246F;
font-family: trebuchet MS, sans-serif;
font-size: 1.6em;
font-weight: normal;
}
