I have a product that comes in 5 different sizes, 5 different colors and 5 different trim colors so there are 605 variants of the same product. Is it possible to assign a price to each size without having to manage variants and type in 605 individual prices?

Thank you
Glenn

What you can do is use a characteristic for the size and custom fields of the table "item" (in the business version via the menu Display->Custom fields) to have the two other dropdowns on your product page ( note that they will appear on all your product pages so it might not be what you're looking for)

Each item actually only has 5 different prices but with the different colors and trim colors it turns into 605 different items but still only 5 prices. I also do not have the business version of this product......will I need it to do what I want? Also I want the drop down menu so the customer can select the color, trim and size but when they select a size I need the price to change. Here is a link to a test item. www.amishshedsny.com/hikashop-menu-for-m...e/category_pathway-0

Do all your products have a color and a trim ?

No, only about half of the products will have a color option. It just seems crazy for me to have to manually type in 5 different prices 605 times.

The system wasn't made to be easy to configure for such cases but to allow a maximum of flexibility so that you could set different prices for all the combinations you have.

In the business edition, you have a copy button on the listing of products so that would help you set all your products: you do it once for a product and then you can just copy the product and modify the different information in the new product. Also, you can use the import screen to import all your prices from a CSV at once.
