Hello,

I installed the following: hikashop essential-business

I received this error:

There are no available license affected to your user, please contact our support at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. providing the information :
username : juliet
Component : hikashop
Level : business
Website : www.healthandfitnesseveryday.com/

Hi,

I've validated your license manually.

You didn't install the essential version before installing the business upgrade so the system couldn't activate the license automatically.

It should be working now.

I think it is improper to use our hikashop.com cookie to identify us on our site.

And why is that ?
That system enables automatic validation of the license and make it a lot easier for users to initialize commercial editions without having to enter tokens or the like. It's just a one time thing and once the license is retrieved for your domain, it doesn't need any cookie or login.
