Characteristics on Product Page, independent?

Hi Hikashop Team,

I wanne create not a real shop with your Software, I just wanne give our customers the opportunity to choose a product, then choose charakteristics (in our case there are 10/price is 0, because we make an offer to our customers), then the Adress and Email, send, and End.
Thats all what the "shop" should do. Our customers get after they made the 3 steps an offer by E-Mail from us.

Now my Problems

1. Is it possible to configure the charakteristics dropdown list so, that each value is independent. So a customer could change each value?
In my case the customer is just able to change the first value and all the other 9 values are set automaticly. The 9 values depends to the first value (no good for us). The characteristics standing becide a product should only be a information for us and our customers, so we know exactly what our customers want, then we send our offer.
Is there a way to tell the Dropdown Boxes "Forget all about prices and Links and just be a Textbox"?

2. Our customers should not register. After choosing a product and pressing our button "get offer" the customer types in the adresse, push send, and end. (no confirmation E-Mail needed, no Login needed). Is this possible?

I come from Germany and my english is not so good, hopefully you understand me.
