Is it possible to create subcategories that can be added to multiple categories?

subcategory A, B, C, D
category 1,2,3

category 1 has sub A and B
category 2 has sub A , C and D
category 3 has sub B and D

No.
One category has only one parent. However, you can have several categories with the same name.
