Using paypal payments pro or standard

There is no integration with paypal pro at the moment. You can develop it following that help page: www.hikashop.com/en/support/documentatio...r-documentation.html and by looking at the other payment plugins we already propose.
Taxes based on zip code are not possible for now in hikashop. One workaround would be to create one state zone per zip code, unpublish the countries and change the zone type of the states from state to country. Then, you could change the name of the labels in the fields via the menu Display->Custom fields. That would make one dropdown for the zip and one for the state. That would allow you to set different tax rules based on the different zip codes.
