Set different discount for each customer

In the business edition, when you create a discount/coupon, you can restrict it to a group of users. So you would be able to do that (you can always create one group per user in that case). With joomla 1.6, you can directly manage your groups in joomla but for joomla 1.5 you will need DJF ACL.

JUGA does not use standard joomla user groups so that won't work. You can use DJF ACL on joomla 1.5 or use joomla 1.6 which doesn't need any extension for that. I think that jAccess from ijoobi also supports joomla standard groups of users so you could try that. Their solution is heavier than others though.
