How to creat menus like these?

Refering to the HikaShop templates from this vendor...

I would like to know how the Catagories menu was made, so that it has the same style and expands like other menus on the site.

Is this something that HikaShop can accomplish automatically and internally? Or are these Joomla menus that were created through the Joomla menu manager with a heirarchy structure to match the catagory structure of HikaShop?

These are joomla menus, one per category.
In HikaShop, with the hikashop content module, you can create one level menus which use the accordion system of joomla to display sub categories.
