How to change user TITLEs?

Tnx for the great eshop component! :) I didn't find where I can change user titles to my custom (in order form: Mr Mrs Miss Ms Dr),.... and is it possible to hide it? Tnx a lot :)

You can do that in the menu Display->Custom fields
