Automating variants

If I have, for example, 3 variants, say Small, Medium and Large
and I know that the price of Small is always -10% of the Medium and the Large is always +10%
is there a way that Hikashop can automatically calculate this and populate the product pages automatically?

Unfortunately no. You will have to set the prices manually.
