PayPal payments - show CC fields instead of login?

When somebody checks out and uses PayPal, currently they are directed to a PayPal page that by default loads the PayPal login boxes. If they don't have a PayPal account and want to pay by Credit Card, they have to click the "Don't have a PayPal account?" button before they can enter in their credit card information. Is there a way that paying as a PayPal guest is loaded by default instead of the login box for existing PayPal users?

There is no possible solution on our end. It's PayPal which make it this way in order to increase their number of paypal accounts.
We would love to do what you want as well as it would increase the conversion rate but that's not possible as paypal doesn't propose the option.
