Characterstics not updating

Hi I just got finished setting up my shop and realized that I wanted to add a color setting to the shirts that I'm selling. I added it to one product and I get a "no value found" error. Why is this? shopredlodge.com/preview/index.php/t-shi...e/category_pathway-0

I have entered three lots of charactistics - Length, Colour and Texture. The length shows three of the five values I input, but the words "No Values Found" comes up beside Texture and Colour options, despite the fact there are 6 texture values and 15 Colours. It worked first time for the length and colour but then when I added the third characteristic - Texture, there started to be a problem. I then deleted and reinput, but still have a problem.

I have deleted all the characteristics as you suggested earlier in this thread to someone else and I then deleted the variants from the product and re-entered everything, but still it does not work.

Please can you help.

I, too, am having a problem. I have input three characteristics - Length, Colour and Texture. Only three of the five lengths appear, and beside Colour and Texture it says No Values Found.

I attach a pdf screen shot showing the problem. There are in fact 15 different colour values and six texture values, yet it says they aren't there.

I have done what you suggested further up this thread, but the problem persists.

Please could you advise a solution.

I have discovered that three variants of my colour characteristic are not appearing at all where I have assigned the COLOUR characteristic to the products.

All the others are appearing, just three are not.

The values are all listed in the colour characteristic list.

I have tried deleting the characteristic from the product page and then adding it once more, and although all the variants are listed in the drop down menu here, they are not appearing when I click the manage variant button. 3 are missing. They are also missing from the front end.

The same is happening to the Related Product option - it is not appearing in the front end either.

I would really appreciate it if you can advise how I can rectify this problem.

Hi,
Can you download the last Hikashop version through our website, install it, and test it again ? If it doesn't fix your issue, can you :
- Delete the COLOUR characteristic from your product page "characteristics" table
- Delete the COLOUR characteristic and create it again
- Add it again through your product page.

I think it might have been caused by extremely slow internet out here in Africa. It now seems to be working. Whether it is because I did what you said or because the internet early this morning was faster, I am not sure. But I do appreciate your help. Thank you.
