PLEASE HELP

I have no idea what I am doing wrong so really need some help! PLEASE PLEASE help I have no idea what to do!

I have set-up a shop with over 400 products and have just realised there was never an option in the checkout menu for shipping. I have enabled the manual shipping plug-in with the settings shown in the attached picture.

When I go through and try to purchase something, it lets me select an alternate shipping address but then the next page, which Is supposed to allow me to select a shipping method shows this note, "The total of your order is too low for all the possible shipping methods". I have checked that my product has a specified weight of 0.2kg and as you can see the shipping method should allow that, so why do I get this message!??

Ok, so i changed that to £1000 which is well above the product cost (£37) and now i get "The cart items combined volume is too big for all the possible shipping methods"

OK, so that was solved easily. But what if we don't want to even allow an option for shipping. You see, all of the products we will be selling will need to be picked up at our office. So, is there a way to "NOT" offer shipping?

Also, while I have you, I am having an issue that I can't seem to solve. For some unknown reason, when I was going through the well documented (thank you for that!!!) "Getting Started", I changed the following:

Under "Configuration"

Under "Display"

Under "Default parameters for DIVs"

Under "Item box background color"

I changed the background color to blue.

I went back in and changed it to white (#FFFFFF), but it won't change back. I tried it in 3 different browsers, and even cleared my Cache, but I can't get rid of the #$*% blue color.

Can anyone help me with this?
