Product Categories

You need to edit the product, there, delete the category from your product's categories list and click on the "add" button to select the other category where you want to put your product. The category should appear in the category list of your product before saving the product information. If you don't see the new category in the category listing of your product before saving, or if you don't save the product after, the modification won't be taken into account.

If you have trouble changing the category of your product you can create a new product and remove that one. Before clicking on the new button, make sure that you're displaying the listing of products of the category where you want to add product. That way, you don't need to enter any category in the product and when you save the product, the current category will be added automatically.
