User account: Addresses & AcyMailing subscription

I wonder if you can help me one more time with below:

When user logs into his account and on his profile page he gets presented with three buttons: Customer account, Addresses, Orders. When he selects Addresses button, the process takes him onto Addresses page where he can add multiple addresses.

I need to display the address edit form on the Addresses page with empty fields if no address exists, or pre-populated for an existing address. I want to disable the edit address form to open in pop-up window and instead display the form on the addresses page.

I also need to display another button on user profile page - Subscriptions - so when user clicks on it the process opens AcyMailing subscription lists.

Any suggestions on the above inquiries?
