Paypal CheckOut Item List

When I check out with paypal, ok it brought me to the paypal page and ask to login or enter credit card, however it only shows total price, I was expecting to also see the item that was in the cart before so customer can view again their item list on paypal page.

Do I miss some setting?

One more question, why when I click the billing address (click on the body text), it is a link but automatically bring me to the paypal checkout? I thought it would just pop-up to ask edit the address, not to check out because there is already a special "Next" button at the bottom to proceed.

For your second question, i think you have to turn off the option "Auto submit shipping and payment methods selection" on the checkout tab, in the configuration.
