Hello, I downloaded and installed the latest Hikashop version 151 hoping that I'd get a correct Counties list, but it is still a muddle of various Cities and Counties - e.g. Aberdeen, York Sutton, Bournemouth, Blackpool, Birmingham, are Cities, not Counties.
Is there a Cities dropdown that has somehow been muddled into the Counties dropdown?

Thanks, Robin

It's probably because you already had previous versions of HikaShop installed on your website. So the zones data was still there. You should drop the tables jos_hikashop_zone and jos_hikashop_zone_link in the database via phpmyadmin and reinstall hikashop in order to get the new zone data.

I thought the new version was supposed to correct this though? Surely if the new version nees people to uninstall data first it should say?
Could you explain a bit more how to remove (?drop) the tables and where to find them? What is phpmyadmin?
thanks, Robin

The new version corrects it but we cannot delete zones of users updating as they might be using them the way it is and they don't want to change. So it only applies to new installs (where you didn't install hikashop before).

phpmyadmin is an application installed by your hosting company for you to manage your database. If you don't know how to access that, please ask your hosting company. Here is a small tutorial: www.reg.ca/faq/PhpMyAdminTutorial.html
