Duplicated product name in the cart with different

Hello,
i'm using hikashop starter version and everything looks fine...great extension...execpt for the cart module where i noticed that if you put in the cart one product with a variant and the same product with another variant the product name will be duplicated for each of the variant...for example:

- T-shirt small

- T-shirt T-shirt medium

- T-shirt T-shirt T-shirt large etc.....

This append only in the cart module...the cart you see in the checkout page works correctly..

is not complete so dont't look at the css ...and in italian but you can try to put products in the cart by going to "prodotti -> abiti -> camicia di raso" ( is the only one with variants sets)

hope you can give me a quick help with something i found right now....don't know if it is so builded and/or can be disabled...in the payment method bank transfer is by default but if i click on it or change to credit card than click back to bank transfer, the order will be processed.... is possible to get the process go forward only when the customer click on proced?
