Add a link to registration page

Hi

I would like to add text and a link to my registration page above or bellow the register button. I would like to be something like that:

When you register you agree to our terms and conditions. (terms and conditions must link to our terms ' opens in new tab or window).

I believe that the file i should edit is: components/com_hikashop/views/user/tmpl/registration.php
Am i correct?

I know very little about php, so i ask for your help.

That's the good file. However, instead of editing the file directly, you should edit it via the menu Display->Views (search for the file "registration" of your template). That way you won't loose your modifications when you update HikaShop.
