Shipping info on cart and checkout

Hi,

We're having a couple issues:

1. We are doing a flat-rate shipping for USA and have already created a shipping option in the "manual" method and disabled the Australia plugin. However, the flat-rate shipping is not showing up on checkout. Do we need to create more zones? I see shipping zone but am assuming only if you need a custom shipping zone to different countries.

2. Shipping address does not show on checkout and want to have the option of billing address on left and shipping address on right, and also have a checkbox of "same as billing address". It seems like this is possibly a default option?....however it is not displaying on our checkout page.

Sorry, nevermind, accidentally had the force shipping set to 'no', made a minimum price that was making it not show up.

Yes, if you don't have a weight in your product, or that option of the config turned off, that won't display any shipping method/address interface on the checkout.

Hey Nicolas,

Have another problem. Sorry to bug you so much but I spent some time going back and forth with no success.

Having an issue with free shipping not showing up after setting up maximum. Already have "Forced shipping regardless of weight".

Following manual shipping methods:
Flat rate - maximum set at 74.99 at $5.00
Free shipping - minimum set at 75 at $0.00

If I place the ($) before the minimum/maximum number it shows in the cart, however I am able to choose the free shipping even if I don't have more than $75 in my cart. Do you know if it's a template issue? or perhaps configuration is set wrong?

I am not using weight for any products because of flat rate but because of the force shipping, I am assuming it's OK?
