Hello Mohammed,

Here are two screenshots. One is the manual shipping method. It has no price ($0.0) because it is free shipping as standard for any product. I removed the restriction Zone: Australia for testing purposes.

The other one is a screenshot of a product that I use for testing.

Edward

Hello,
Your issue is probably coming from the fact that you have a warehouse on your product configuration page, the solution will be to :
- set the same warehouse on your shipping methods
OR
- remove that warehouse from your product configuration page.

Dear Mohammed,

your hunch was right. It was the warehouse in the product configuration page.

What I don't understand now is what the field is for? I want to set up warehouse locations in preparation for Hikamarket and Multivendor.

Edward

Hello,
That field will enable you to split your products through your checkout workflow so that your product will be sent through multiple group and by different shipping methods/...

Aaah,
Thanks for the info, Mohammed. So how do I use it correctly then? Do I need minimum two warehouses for it to work?

Edward

Hi,

It depends what you want to do exactly.
But yes, you want to assign one of the warehouses for each product. Then, make sure that you have at least one shipping method for each warehouse.
