Customers complaining there is no download link

I am finally got my web site up and running.

I am selling downloadable computer software.

When my customers get the confirmation email of payment received, They are reporting that the download link is not there.

The download link is there, its just that they can't find it on the confirmation email.

I couldn't find it the first time either.

The link should be the first thing the customer notices but there is nothing special to draw their attention to it.

How can I make the link a larger font and/or a different color or both.

The link is also crowded with other info hiding it. I need to change that too
