When you create options as explained in the documentation, you will have a name in front of the dropdown:
www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/i...ct-form.html#options

Could you do a screenshot of the edition screen of your option product so that we can see how you set it up ?

Did you try to upload the jpg file as an image when writing your post ?
Also, note that the file size should be less than 5Mb.

You don't have any characteristic on your option product. That's why you don't have a label for the dropdown.
We say in the documentation above to create a characteristic for the option product and add that characteristic to the option:

Let's take the example of the creation of the RAM option :
First, we made one characteristic called RAM quantity with the three values.
Second, we created one product that we called RAM with that characteristic added to it.
Third, we clicked on the "manage variants" and set the name of each variant and its price.
Finally, we added the RAM product as an option of the desktop computer product on the desktop computer edition screen.

now it had worked. Thanks for That.
A better example in the description will be the MOUSE than RAM due to the fact that the RAM is not in the option table.

What do you mean by "the fact that the RAM is not in the option table" ?

I always try to solve my questions with a look in your demo shop. Looking for the option/variants configuration I have never seen RAM under options in the backend but for sure in the front end. That was my miracle, which resulted in my question.

You need to edit the desktop tower product on the back end of the demo website:
www.demo.hikashop.com/administrator/inde...roduct&task=edit&cid []=86
The RAM option is listed in the options of the product.

thanks for that. I have seen that is now already there. From my side of view everything is running on that topic.
