Deployment of HikaShop

Hi!

We are preparing our website on the development server for deploying it to the production server. We will do this by manually copying the files and a dump of the database to the production server. Which tables in the database have to be excluded so we don't override existing user data?

What do you mean by user data ?
The joomla user data ? It is stored in the jos_user table.

I can't say more about the rest. The tables you have on each website will change depending on what you have installed on your production website and what you have installed on your development server.

For HikaShop you will have the tables:
order
order_product
user
address
download (files download count)
entry (order entries for entry custom fields)
geolocation (user geoloc data)
history (order history)
