no other currencies work but euro

Hi there,
I have a problem, I am finishing my shop now, and trying to add more currencies for the clients to chose from.
The shop has only euro set up, works fine, but when I add other (in this example it's us dollar), there is a problem.
The shop lets me add any currencies it in the 'currencies', but once I switch it on the front page this error pops up:
