Each article editable by a different user

I plan to build a site with thousands of articles where each article has to be editable by a different user, this means thousands of users also.

Administrator would create all articles and then create a user for each, send login mail to the responsible of that article so he can only edit his own when accessing to the Joomla admin, or better, it should be editable through Frontend.

Also each article should be payable be the amount of data the user decides to fill. Imagine something like a used staff shop like ebay with the big difference that admin creates the articles and owner only modifies/expands them.

Can I achieve this with Hikashop?
