Integrate with Paypal Website Payment Standard

How do you use Paypal Website Payment Standard without paypal prompting the user to create a Paypal account.
I have the right configuration on the Paypal side to make the prompt optional but when Hiakshop sends the user to Paypal it constantly prompts for a paypal login or credit card details and paypal registration

It's PayPal which decides what to display and you can't do anything about it from HikaShop.
There is apparently an option to configure in PayPal, if you want to activate payments without PayPal accounts:
