Nic How I can insert a picture in the shopping cart , for example I did step by step checkout process , I did the enter coupon step alone ) just that ... how I can insert a picture between steps bar and the coupon box , see the pic.. thanks

You should edit the file "coupon" of the view "checkout" via the menu Display->Views and add the HTML of your image at the beginning.
