explain difference between category listings

I'm trying to understand the difference Hikashop uses to set things up so I can make the category display the same when you access it the 2 ways as follows:

If you roll over STORE+ in the nav and click Motion Magnets, the category displays the description (a motion image and text) and then the products below. The URL is www.zombiepicks.com/2011-09-19-21-15-32/motion-magnets.html

If you click on STORE+ and then click the center boc category of Motion locker Magnets it opens with only the products and no description (a motion image + text). The URL is www.zombiepicks.com/2011-09-19-21-15-32/...-locker-magnets.html

The point of the inquiry is I want the description to show up on both pages so uses can see the movement of the product, which can only be shown this way. It'd be nice to understand how/if I can set up the associative URL to be the same, if that is possible as well.
