On the sales listing, each order has an order status attributed to it.

When the order is created the status is "created". When the payment for the order is confirmed, the status becomes "confirmed" if you configured you payment plugin correctly (and if it supports payment notifications).
When you ship your goods, you can change the status to "shipped" on the sales listing of the orders you shipped.

Is that the information you were looking for ?

But what is function of the "older statuses" table? (under the system column)
Because there were no any record made in.
Thanks!

The menu "Order statuses" can be used to add more statuses and change the ones already there. For example, if you want to add a status "parcel in preparation" or something like that, you can do that there. Or if you want to unpublish the "shipped" status as you're selling only virtual goods, you can also do that there.

Hi,
OOH I See.
That means I can create any status there (under the system column).
Question:
1) The Description wording (for example of the created: When a customer finishes a checkout,
an order is created with the status created)
How and Where it will be shown?

2) The "Image" of status
Where it will be shown?

1. It is shown nowhere. It is just for reference.

2. Nowhere. That's actually not used.

I see.
Thanks!

Another question:
1) All the order record will be shown at "sales" column only?
2) If there are too many sales record there, what is the
better method to sort it, record it, handle it......?
Thanks!

1. Yes.
2. You can sort the orders by clicking on the columns title of the listing. You can export (record?) your orders as a CSV via the "export" button on that listing.

1. Noted with thanks!
2. Noted can sort the orders by clicking on the columns title of the listing.
By now I have no idea and method to handle and manage the CSV.
Is any software to operate it easier and recording it easy?
Thanks!

You can open it with Microsoft Excel or Open Office Calc.
