Checkout page not displaying

Hi This my first time with Hikashop and after following the tutorials I am stuck on one vital section:

The checkout screen does not display! I have even compared my settings and menus with the demo store's backend and no joy.

I simply want users to add products into the cart module and then, once done the proceed to checkout takes them directly to the paypal login screen.

I am using Joomla! 1.5.23 and Hikashop essentials 1.5.4

Has anyone else had difficultly with this? I must be missing something obvious.

Just to make this a bit clearer - I cannot get the payment or shipping methods to display on the checkout page - therfore I cannot complete an order.

I have a separate menu item for the check out and the cart will force the link but it does nto disply as the demo shop - I can't figure it out...

Yes your right. the webcam is not set up - this is just the beta testing environment, but the other pages prove your point.

i tried it the a standard joomla template and the checkout was displayed.

I am using a licensed template from yootheme.com using their 'warp 6' framework - have you had other people reporting problems with these templates?

I will look into this more although I think I will end up having to choose between Hikashop or Yootheme

Dont know what has happened to yoo themes documentation, it used to be very good.

I have contacted their support, although it seems the warp framework relies soley on module positions, ignoring the article content section.

As you say, this screws me on any joomla ecommece solution. However, you have provided a pretty good work around and I may just adapt the default template to serve the checkout screen.

I'll update you with the response fro yootheme and thanks for replying to my PM.
