iDEAL plugin and Hikashop starter 1.5.4

i installed Hikashop starter 1.5.4 on my Joomla 1.6 server.

Before i choose to go to essentials i like too see if de iDEAL checkout works fine.

So , i used iDEAL checkout 1.5.0. See www.ideal-checkout.nl/ideal-voor-joomla-en-hikashop.html

But with the install script it goes wrong:

Ik can see that ther is no field plugin in the table jos_extension.

Where did the go wrong: Joomla, Hikashop or iDEAL plugin????

I think i had a broken release. After deleting ideal_checkout maps en files and a new installing everything went oke.

But now i see 35x the same iDEAL payment methode in checkout?! See attachment

It's comes out of the db because i see the same amount of payment id's in the jos_hikashop_payment table.

Can i only delete the iDEAL entries?
I 've got payment id 1 Paypal , payment id 2 - 24 iDEAL , payment id 25 collect deliver, 26 bank transfer, 27 credit card and then 28 until 35 iDEAL. Or can i delete everything?
