shipping showing variant products with no weight?

Hi there I have a product that has no weight and when I select it it doesn't show any shipping methods, all good. Then I have a product that is a CD and an Audio Download but when you select Audio Download that has no weight in the "manage variant" option it still shows shipping options. My shipping work like this two zones one being South Africa and another being rest of the world. the right one shows up at the right time but problem is that it still shows although the product variant has no weight?

I was able to resolve it. You have to set the main product weight as 0 and then give each of the variants a weight except for the downloadable ones. It will then remove the shipping method when a downloadable product is selected
