How to add parent categories before parent categor

I have originally setup my site for printing and now doing signwriting as well as printing so originally parent category was sublimation printing with categories below it.

now i am after making services then sub printing and signwriting then subsequent subs.

You can just create your new parent category and edit your old categories and change their parent category.
