That's because of your category link:
www.osad-sn.com/index.php/product-listing
That menu should not have this URL if it had been created normally.
You should go in your joomla menu manager and create a new menu of the type hikashop category listing and that new menu should then work properly. If so, just unpublish the other one and use that new one.

To me the problem is at the product page but i can't see the soultion yet

Hi,
You should follow our tutorial on how to create a menu listing your products or a menu listing your categories on that page:
www.hikashop.com/en/support/documentatio...d.html#products_menu
Also, if you have 404 errors for your links, it's because the way your menus/modules are setup and the fact that you have SEF activated. If you deactivate the SEF in your joomla configuration, that should avoid these problems.
