Same URL for checkout procedure

wasnt sure what to call the subject.... but i am battling to try and configure hikashop to NOT reload the page everytime an option in the checkout process is chosen... i.e i have a few payment options and if 1 of them are chosen then the page reloads before you can select next...

to complicate matters , i have numerous shipping methods aswell and i dont want the client to have a page reload everytime they choose an option.. what i mean is that i want the page to not refresh when they choose, payment option and shipping option , but to only change when they press "NEXT"

my page reloads even when a product is added to cart and I have the cart module enabled and in the backend set to use "use ajax where possible" and "stay when cart module enabled" but my page also refreshes...

please help me
