First, you need to know that HikaShop integrates with the user groups of Joomla.
- define products for special users/usergroups <- In the Business edition (only for user groups)
- define different prices for a product depending on the user/usergroup <- In the Business edition (only for user groups)
- one product should appear in various product groups (crosspromotion) <- No problem, you can have several categories for one product
- different conditions depending on selected usergroups through registration <- User groups cannot be selected during the checkout registration. What do you mean by "different conditions" ?
- different templates and shopdesign for usergroups -> after login the shop changes the design depending on the usergroup <- possible but not related to HikaShop. Just set access levels for your menus/modules and the menus/modules will be displayed or not based on the user group.
- user can register for one usergroup and can choose, which productcategories he likes to see <- We have nothing for that. The user can see all the categories which are available to his user group(s).
- can we define a manager with a very restricted backend access <- Yes, you can restrict features based on the user groups:

- usergroups can have their own manager. we can define, what he can do (see/create/delete/edit orders, users, products, categories) <- Well you can do that. But the content displayed won't be restricted. That means that if a user can see the orders, he will see all the orders. So I'm not sure if that's what you're looking for.
