I have worked with many carts and this one is driving me nuts. I like the features it claims to have but if it wont work they are of no use. Why am I getting this error? I have tried everything that I can think of, changing settings and reading the forum and trying whats been said on there and nothing works.
I have two questions.
1) I can not get the cart to send the order to paypal. I am sure I have it set up but documentation is a bit confusing so I am not sure. I have never had a cart that was so confusing to set up.

2) We sell tickets to an event, We charge a price for 1 ticket (example $30) and a discounted price for 2 tickets ($55). I see I can add more than one price for an item but I can not get the cart to give me that price. If I get 2 tickets it charges me the price of 2 single tickets ($60) not the price for 2 ($55) Is this what the dual pricing is or can be used for?

I have spent over 10 hours trying to get what should be simple things to work and I am thinking I am making it worse the more I mess with it. I would like to by the commercial version but not if I can not get this to work. Can you help me with these issues?

Hi,

1.
If you get the error "No payment methods found", it means that you didn't set properly your payment methods.
We have a FAQ with the list of possible problems here:
www.hikashop.com/en/support/documentatio...ins-listing.html#faq
If you're not able to find the problem after checking the points in that FAQ, please post a screenshot of the options of your payment plugin so that we can see what you did.

2.
You can indeed set several prices for a product based on the minimum quantity. Please note that you need to set the unit price.
So if you want to sell 2 products at $55, you should enter a price of $27.5 and a minimum quantity of 2 for that price.

4/ Check that you have the payment view in the checkout workflow option of the configuration
This one is I think the issue. Here is what I have:
" login_address_shipping_payment_confirm_coupon_cart_status_fields,end "

is this correct? everything else looks to be right.

5/ If you restricted your payment methods to zones, check that the address you're using is inside those zones ! Otherwise the payment methods will be filtered out.

This one I am not sure of either. I have set only the US active the other countries are not. We only sell in the US.

OK. Got rid of the 'No Payment Method Found" issue but it still will not go to Paypal to check out.

I have the multi price issue kicked also.

OK, I toyed around and got it to work. woohoo!!!
I guess I needed to have them register or log in, was hoping to avoid that but I guess I could collect their emails and other info for marketing uses.

If you don't want to collect the address and email information, you can remove both the "login" and "address" view from the checkout workflow and it won't ask anything and go directly to paypal.
