Change options to single select element

Hi there,

We have a customer who wants to use options to add subscriptions to a product.

They need to be options not variants as both of the products sku codes need to get sent through not an amalgamated one like with the variants.

Obviously a customer can only select one type of subscription so we were wondering if there is a way to change the options select boxes on the product page into a single select element as opposed to many.

Also open to other suggestions you might have on doing this
